P6s made the short trip to Ballydugan but a journey through the ages to Viking times at the Ballydugan Medieval Settlement. After being welcomed in the long house they got to grind wheat, make bread, fire arrows, learn about weapons and how they were made before fending off a fierce Viking attack! It was agreat day out and thanks to all of the Vikings, especially Joshua's granda.
We had a great day and even sang Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on the way home! (Too early?)
