At the beginning of each week during Advent we light the appropriate candle in our Advent wreaths. This week it is the second purple candle, along with the first one.
"To us a child is born, to us a Son is given and he will be called the Prince of Peace. His kingdom will continue to grow; his kingdom will always be at peace.
