Traditions are hard to beat, especially one as tasty as Pancake Tuesday. The flour and eggs were beaten, but the boys and girls certainly weren't as they enjoyed the various different recipes around school. Mr McGrath agreed that P1 seemed to be the tastiest this year!!!
