P4 have been learning all about the Festival of Passover. We studied how God passed over the houses of the Israelites and saved them. We also learned that Jesus was sharing the feast of Passover when he had the Last Supper and instituted the Holy Eucharist. P4’s should be able to tell you why we use unleavened bread for Holy Communion as well as some of the other symbolic food used in Passover. Not everyone was a fan of the Horseradish!!
