Our P3s have been learning about Food. They've learned about the different food groups and where our food comes from. As part of this they have planted some vegetables in our garden and we are starting to see the early shoots coming out of the ground now. Carrots, parsnips and potatoes will be on the menu soon. They've also tidied up the beds and it's lovely to see their enthusiasm for this brilliant topic. Our school garden has never looked better and in the warmer weather will be the perfect spot for some quiet R&R - Reading and Relaxation!
