NI Anti Bullying Week 2020
Anti-Bullying week takes place from Mon 20th until Friday 24th. To start the week we will have Odd socks day in school. It's an opportunity for the children to express themselves and celebrate their uniqueness. There's no pressure to be wearing the latest fashion, or a fancy costume, just wear odd socks to school. What could be easier? If children wish to wear odd socks for the whole week, they are more than welcome to do so. There's a little more information on the flyer below. Remember that if you want to, you can share a photo online using #oddsocksday #antibullyingweek and tag@andyoddsocks and @NIABF
In St Patrick's we are proud of everyone knowing each other and looking out for each other so well. Together we are all part of the one school and know the importance of being good friends.
During Anti-Bullying week we will enjoy a special break time with friends from other classes. With our class bubbles, some children have not had the opportunity to see anyone from other classes. We will celebrate being friends together by having a socially distanced 'Shared Snack,' on Wednesday or Thursday. Children from two classes will have their snack in the hall. Our P1s will finally get to see that there are actually other children in this school!!! A well deserved treat for them all.
