Nine years after our last county final appearance our girls took to the field in Castlewellan to play St Malachys, Kilcoo. In spite of the girls emptying the tank and playing their best, it just wasn’t enough to compete with the Magpies who gave a stellar performance to lift the cup. Well done to the Kilcoo girls.
As far our wee stars, they never gave up and took some lovely scores in both halves. We are so proud of the girls who played their hearts out on the night. The future is bright for these wee stars.
