As reigning NI Champions we headed to Lisburn to begin the defence of our titles. Both boys and girls were confident as were the other teams mind you! The boys were drawn in a tough group and after a nervy start lost narrowly in their first two games before winning their last group game. It wasn't enough to get them through though.
The girls fared better by going undefeated through the group and reaching the final versus St Colman's Lambeg. A The final was a close affair that could have gone either way with both teams very evenly matched. Our girls have great staying power and their determination was enough for them to score and earn their place in the national finals once again!
Well done to both teams and Mrs Kernan who was a very busy coach on the day!
