P1 have been learning the days of the week.
They are tricky words to read so P1 have to be “sound detectives” and look for phonic clues to help them work out each word.
They had fun making paper chains and we were so good at remembering the next day. Sometimes it was tricky to get all the days the same way up but P1 were so good at working it out.
The paper chains look so nice hanging up in the classroom.
