On Wednesday we celebrated Mass for Catholic Schools Week in St Patrick's Church. Fr Aidan spoke about the importance of all our schools and as it was Grandparents day he spoke about the important role they play in our children's lives. Primary 5 led the Mass and set the reverent tone for the whole congregation.
Afterwards we enjoyed some refreshments in the school hall.
Thanks to everyone who came along and to those who watched on the webcam. Thanks to Fr Aidan and P5 for the lovely Mass as well.

Heavenly Father, as we begin this special celebration of Catholic Schools Week, we thank you for the gift of our school community. Open our hearts and minds to your teachings. Help us to grow in faith, hope and love. May we always be alive in Christ, sharing his love and light with everyone we meet. We ask this through Christ, our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen
