Our P6s made a big push this week and after reading 29 books took a huge leap ahead of P7 in the word count. They've now read nearly 200,000 more words than them. To be fair P7 had confirmation this week, so they were busy. They'll not take this lying down!
P5 have now read nearly 100 books since Easter. That's more than 1 book per child per week. Amazing work from the P5s. P4s have broken through 4 million words this school year having read almost 1,500 books since last September. We have so many brilliant readers - well done everyone!
